- What mindfulness is and what it isn’t
- Mindful sitting, mindful eating and mindful movement
- Practical ways to prevent burnout and manage stress
- Practical ways to apply mindfulness to difficult emotions and personal challenges
- Practicing self-compassion and loving kindness
- Creating a personalized, sustainable mindfulness practice
Each session is 60 minutes and delivered online via Zoom.
